RecurLoop/Getting startedv0.2.11

RecurLoop

RecurLoop represents names, values and language constructs through phrases. Ordinary programs use the standard vocabulary; libraries can add functions, data structures and new syntax to the same language environment.

Begin here

Install the RecurLoop binary for terminal use, or set up the VS Code extension. Then write your First program.

Follow the learning path

The learning path leads from values and control flow to typed functions, records, phrases, syntax extensions and native output. The sidebar and Previous/Next links follow that sequence.

Learn an application vocabulary

Use Libraries to choose a standard vocabulary. Its overview introduces the purpose and first example; later chapters explain each capability and its ownership rules. The API section provides exact names and contracts.

Use the two levels of navigation

The sidebar lists broad topics. On this page lists the detailed questions answered within the current topic. Search covers both guides and phrase references.
